How to Succeed at an Interview A few suggestions Part TWO

4- Be professional

Ensure self-confidence during your interview. Introduce yourself as a professional, even if this is your first interview. Improve your communication skills. Don't go for less that your full potential when it comes to getting a job.

I have often seen in interviews that young people say that even if we don't get this job, it doesn't matter, someone will take our place better than us. That is, you have proved yourself inferior.

5- Common questions asked in the interview

Here are a few common questions asked during the interview and their possible answers. In addition, if a friend needs any help in this regard, Khaksar is present.

The first question that is usually asked during interviews is "Tell me something about yourself", then start with your name and give a brief description of your place and education. Also, if you have any previous job experience, be sure to mention it. And finally, be very brief about your family status (if you want to discuss).

If you are already doing a job somewhere, the interviewer will ask you the question "why do you want to change jobs"?

6. Explain your shortcomings in a positive way

A question that is asked in almost every interview, "What are your weaknesses?" It wants to know how much you know about yourself and now it's up to you how you present yourself. In the possible answer, you could say, "You are very sensitive, it is very difficult for you to lie, you are outspoken, you are talkative, you are very anxious until you reach your target, on people. Trust quickly, pay close attention to even the smallest details of the work. ”And so on and so forth

7- Why do you need a job?

If the interviewer asks you, "Why do we hire you?" The answer is to relate your educational qualifications and skills to the job in question and how it matches your job. Also, be sure to mention how this job will be an important milestone in achieving your career goals.

8- You can also ask questions

It is usually asked at the end of the interview, "If you have any questions." Never waste this opportunity as young people usually end up saying 'no thanks'. Don't do that at all. This is considered to be a very important part of the interview. These questions and answers set you apart from others. It shows how much interest you have and how serious you are about this job. So don't hesitate and ask questions. But be sure to avoid weird questions like how much is your salary, your post What is, where do you live .etc. Ask about the organization. Ask about the nature of your job .Talk about salary and promotion structure, ask about job timings and location .etc. But remember to avoid too long.
