The Bachelor’s Dilemma

In this essay the writer wants to prove that all his problems and miseries are self-created. He is a name who is put himself into a dilemma due to his own foolish attitude of mind.
His mind continues swinging between love and marriage, between the pleasures of bachelor life and the advantages of matrimonial life. In fact, he is a man of idealistic thinking. Another problem of a chronic bachelor is his painful loneliness. He remains deprived of his sweet company of a faithful wife and loving children.
There is a no to engage him in his moments of leisure except the T.V while setting at a hotel; he remains lost in his own thoughts. He drinks alone. A life of a constant love lines and deprivations make him mentally deranged.
Although he looks elegant and well dress, he is broken from within ultimately he is forced to live on medicines. Another painful problem of a bachelor is to satisfy his sexual desire.
This makes him a man of doubtful character. He disturbs the domestic life of many couples. His married friends suspect him and keep him at arms length. So, a confirmed bachelor lives a purposeless life and there is no difference between his present and past.
