Bodybuilding and heart health & balance diet

Don't we still know as much about human health as we should have, despite the tremendous advances in science? Can any work that requires intense physical exertion prove fatal to us? And if so, how much work should we do that does not affect our heart health? And if overwork is not harmful to the human body, then why are so many bodybuilders and super fit people dying at a young age?

Stacy Cummings, a professional bodybuilder, died suddenly yesterday in Texas, USA. She ran a gym in her hometown of Texas with her husband and apparently was very healthy. She was a professional bodybuilder who had won many awards in the field of bodybuilding. But yesterday she died suddenly while she was online on Instagram 2 hours before her death and she also uploaded a picture of herself. She was only 31 years old.

Just one week ago, famous bodybuilder Cedric McMillan died at the age of 44. He was running on a treadmill when he suffered a heart attack and died. In the picture below you can see him receiving an award from the famous bodybuilder Arnold Arnold.

Famous bodybuilder Ashley Gearhart also died of a heart attack in January this year. And she, like all bodybuilders, was apparently very healthy, but no one could have predicted that she would die young. He could live only 36 years.

Shawn Rhoden died of a heart attack last year in 2021. He also became Mr. Olympia in 2018 and was apparently super fit until the day of his death. He was only 46 years old.

Famous bodybuilder Chuck Kirkendall's heart suddenly stopped beating in November last year, but due to timely medical aid and good luck, he underwent CPR and died. Returning from the clutches of death, he told the media that he could not have imagined that he might have a heart attack. He added that he used to work out in the gym, which affected his heart health. And now they are advising their loved ones that excessive bodybuilding can be fatal for you.

In the year 2021, the famous bodybuilder John Meadows died of a heart attack in just 49 years. He also looked very healthy.

In the year 2021, the sudden death of Indian actor Siddharth Shukla was the talk of the media. He too was only 40 years old. He was exercising in the gym on the morning of his death when he suffered a heart attack and died before reaching the hospital. He was considered a superhero among Indian actors.

If we go back in time, we find many names that were seemingly healthy but died at a young age. One of them is Eddie Guerrero, who died in 2005 at the young age of 38. He was considered very healthy at that time. He had been training hard at the gym for a few days before his death because he wanted to win a wrestling match against rival Batista. And because of that hard work, he had a heart attack and was found dead in a local hotel room. When his body was found, he had a toothbrush in his mouth, meaning he was definitely brushing his teeth when he had a heart attack and died.

In the game of cricket, we may not find any instance where a player has died due to hard work because the game of cricket takes less effort than other sports. However, in the world of football and basketball, we find countless names who have died from overwork. And all those players seemed superficial. And there are many names who died of heart attacks while playing football or basketball before reaching the hospital.

I don't know how you view this post. If you wish, you can deduce from the above incidents that a day of death is fixed and it does not affect one's physical health. But I can agree with you to the extent that death is an unconscious companion.

But scientists, those who work on science, and we must admit that the study of human heart health still has nothing to do with science. Otherwise, such healthy people would not have died at such a young age. And I hope you take care of your heart health and this hard written essay of mine will be a beacon for you - - - -
