Describe
the attitude of the killers in restaurant? Or who are the killers? Why do they
want to kill the man unknown to them?
The
writer has introduced two strange killers in the story. Their names are Max and
Al and they inter the restaurant in the evening. They are alike in address and
habit. Al is a wearing a derby hat and coat buttoned across the chest. He has a
small white face white and silky muffler upon it. His companion Max is about
the same size as Al in face they are different but in dress they are alike.
They begin to eat with their gloves on when eggs, ham, bacon and potatoes are
brought to them. After eating the meal Al goes to the kitchen and ties the two
servants. Sam and Nick back to back and towel in their mouths. Al with a short
gun covers them while Max talks with George. The two killers make the situation
tenses because they intend to kill an innocent person. Ole Anderson they do not
know the Man as they have never seen him. They want to kill him to oblige their.
It is a strange condition of moral debasement ____ that men are ready to kill
their fellow beings for the sake of pleasure.
