concerned authorities to wards this grave issue, which has become a menace to
the society. We are all confronting this problem for the last many years. We
have complained to the concerned authorities but they have paid no attention in
resolving this issue. It has snatched the peace and calm of the people. It has
damaging in the society a great deal. It seems that concerned departments are
involved in creating and spreading this problem. So, we request you that this
problem may kindly be solved without further delay. I shall be very thankful to you for
