There are four hormones that make a person feel happy:
1. Endorphins
2. Dopamine
3. Serotonin
4. Oxytocin
Happiness is caused by these four hormones, so it is important that we learn about these four hormones.
* The first hormone is endorphins:
When we exercise, our body releases endorphins to deal with pain so that we can enjoy exercise.
Also, when we watch comedy, read jokes, this hormone is produced in our body.
That's why we should exercise at least 20 minutes daily and watch some jokes and comedy videos etc. for the dose of this happiness producing hormone.
* The second hormone is dopamine:
In the journey of life we accomplish many small and big tasks
When we do something, our body releases dopamine and it makes us happy.
When we are praised for our work in the office or at home, we feel successful and good
This sensation is caused by dopamine
Now you can understand why women are generally not happy with housework because no one appreciates housework.
Whenever we buy a new mobile, car, new home, new clothes or anything, our body releases dopamine and we become happy.
Now, you will understand why we feel happy after shopping
* The third hormone is serotonin:
When we do something for the benefit of others, serotonin is released from inside us and makes us feel happy.
Providing useful information on the Internet, sharing good information with people, blogs
Inviting good thoughts produces serotonin from all of them and we feel happy
* The fourth hormone is oxytocin:
When we get close to other human beings, it leaves our body
When we shake hands or hug our friends, the body releases oxytocin
When we hold someone in our arms, oxytocin is released and a feeling of happiness is created.
We need to exercise every day to get endorphins
We have to complete small tasks to get Dopa Mine
Getting serotonin by helping others
And get oxytocin with family or friends
For children:
1. Encourage them to play physical games on the ground in addition to mobile or video games (endorphins)
2. Praise the child for small and big achievements, appreciate (dopamine)
3. Get your child into the habit of sharing things and helping others
You can do this yourself by helping others (serotonin)
4. Love your baby in your arms (oxytocin)
