If we only talk about forgiveness, then I think that Allah has made the scale of forgiveness so easy that everyone except the evil and the polytheist will fit into this scale.
Fulfilling the purpose of creation, of course, is the result of many generations following the morality of God.
In every age and generation, only a few people are able to fulfill the duty of following the morality of Allah.
