I hope that the PPP will ensure the protection of the rights of the poor, working and oppressed nation by implementing its early 1970s [Socialism Our Economy]
This Parliament is a clear example of the anarchy towards which the country is being pushed. Everyone knows that this was not a parliamentary battle, it was a battle somewhere else. But its form was manifested in this parliament [it opens the pool of so-called freedom and autonomy of this parliament, this democracy and its institutions].
We have not fallen into the greed of any position in this Parliament or the traditional greed of Pakistan. Our blood, our soul and our language; it is always present for the working people, the poor and their nation.
We have voted for this government without any greed or [personal] demands. Talks were also held with the previous government on [public] demands in which they expressed support for development works but to date we have not received any response on the issue of security. We have put the same points before the present government and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif that the state policy should be reviewed.
Let this parliament [current government] tell us clearly what course of action to take with us. [We resisted these policies. The current decisions have been made keeping this in mind. But if these promises are not fulfilled, we will continue our resistance in the same way.]
There is a lot of talk about revolution but in reality revolution is very difficult and [a test of patience].
Those who suddenly became "opponents" of British colonialism and American imperialism and began to make loud and resounding claims of resistance against them were piled up in one fell swoop.
Here every institution has to work within its constitutional limits.
Things may sound bitter but we have to put our words in this forum of Parliament so that we can get our point across to these people.
I was sometimes told that there was a transport problem, sometimes I was asked to apologize, sometimes I was told about Army land cases; but I am standing here, standing in this House and in jail. I also appear before the law, I expect justice; but it should be stated that [if anyone else has the power to decide and punish] then what are these courts for? What is the need of the system? Then they should be eliminated. Yes, if there is any evidence of corruption, lies, fraud or deception against me or treason against the country, obtaining funds or conspiracy against the state, then it should be brought to light. But when I speak out against the wars they are waging for dollars, in which we are dying, I am put to the test.
I want to tell those who have made false accusations against us and kept us in solitary confinement that keep on doing as much as you can and we will continue to endure [but never give up]. ۔
For the sake of the chair, the slogans that are being chanted today are the same as our houses are empty; our markets have been looted; our settlements have been demolished; we are tired of carrying funerals; But [see] in the conflict of state institutions [what are the results.
